Social programme

We take great pride in the scientific excellence of our invited lecturers, panels, side events and authors of papers included in Special and Regular sessions at the SDEWES Conference, but there is another programmme that truly makes this Conference complete, and this is our Social programme organized for the event taking place in Shenzhen.

From 27-30 October 2026, you will have the unique opportunity to enjoy the company of top experts in the field of sustainable development from all around the world and, through our social programme, exchange ideas in a more informal way.

 

Social programme schedule:

Welcome reception

27 th of March (Friday), 18:00 – 19:30h

Registration will start at 16:30h, so stop by at the Executive building, big stairs at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen), Address: No. 2001, Longxiang Boulevard, Longgang District, Shenzhen, during the day to register and join us for welcome drink where we will formally start the event.

 

Dinner for participants in Shenzhen

28 th of March (Saturday), 19:00 – 23:00

The dinner for event participants will take place at the Coli Hotel Shenzhen, 168 Dayun Road, near Ruyi Road.
